7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area at no additional charge.

8. Limitation of Liability

Smart Clean Pro Corp. maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to:

• Direct damages caused by our negligence
• Coverage amounts specified in our insurance policy
• Claims reported within 7 days of service

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear
• Damage to improperly secured items
• Indirect or consequential damages

9. Intellectual Property
